	TERMS & CONDITIONS Validity of Prices Prices are valid for the periods shown but are subject to change without notice in the event of Government action, i.e. increase in hotel tax or VAT, or to increase if prices are significantly affected by other circumstances beyond our control. Prices are based on exchange rates prevailing at the time of publication and may alter should any major variation in exchange rates occur. Prices Include Prices quoted for safaris generally include transport as per the itinerary, game drives where appropriate, full board accommodation, picnic/extra lunches where stated, scheduled charter flights where mentioned and park entrance fees. Prices Exclude Itinerary prices generally exclude international flights, travel insurance, visa costs, airport taxes, optional excursions, personal insurance (medical or other), flying doctor membership, drinks, tips, phone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature. Children Children under 12 years of age sharing with parents generally pay between 50% - 75%. Reservations/Payments A non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance 4 weeks before the booking date, although in certain circumstances larger deposits are required. If booking within 4 weeks of the booking date, the whole amount is payable at time of confirmation. Notwithstanding any prior confirmation of arrangements, the right is reserved not to undertake a booking if payment is not made in accordance with the foregoing. For Air tickets and hotel bookings, full payment will be required at the time of booking (except where a client has a prior contractual terms with the company). Exact terms and conditions of the airline ticket will also apply. These vary with the airline and with the type and class of the ticket, and are available on enquiry or at the time of booking. Cancellation or NO SHOW Policy: - from 35 days till 28 days before arrival : 35% of the total amount will be charged - from 28 days and 15 days before arrival : 50% of the total amount will be charged - Within 15 days to arrival date : 100% rate will be charged. During Christmas & New year season – 100% will be charged for all bookings over this period. Accommodation Wherever possible we book rooms with private baths throughout a safari on the basis of two persons sharing a double room. Single rooms are available at supplementary cost but neither single nor rooms with private bathrooms can be guaranteed. Transportation Varies with each itinerary but is usually by safari Land cruisers / minibus with, pop-up roofs for game viewing and photography, guaranteed window seats and the services of an English speaking driver/guide. Responsibility All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that BON Voyage Travel Centre act only as booking agents for the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with any itinerary. Every effort and care will be taken in making such arrangements, however, the company will not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to any act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person or any of their servants or agents rendering any of the services included in the tour. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant or other contractor rendering service shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour member. Furthermore, BON VoyageTravel Centre accept no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any cause beyond their personal control (Force Majeure) . The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice and to decline to accept or retain any tour members at any time. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board at their own convenience.
